Cassiar... do you remember? If you were ever in Cassiar, BC, Canada, or know anyone that ever was, please do take a look at (and spread the word about) the "Cassiar... do you remember?" website at www.cassiar.ca. The website is a virtual community of sorts and is devoted to the now-closed mining town of Cassiar and its former residents, many of which now reconnect and keep in touch via the website. The mine has been closed and the town bull-dozed to the ground, yet the town lives on through the website. |
